What I collect and why
- Contact form: name, email and message, to answer you.
- Custom form: email, order number, camera, link to your files and notes, to carry out your order.
- Purchases: handled by the payment partner (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad) under its own privacy policy. I receive your name, email and order details.
- Statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
- Hosting: Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Legal basis
Answering your request and carrying out a purchase or order (steps before and during a contract), and my legitimate interest in running and protecting the site.
How long
Messages are kept for up to 2 years. RAW files sent for Custom are deleted after delivery. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, and complain to the data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).

All photos on this site, in the galleries and in the preset examples, are my property and protected by copyright. You may not copy, download, publish, edit or use them in any way, including on social media and in advertising, without my prior written permission. For licensing, write to hello@robertskalski.com.

This site sets no tracking cookies. It stores one setting in your browser if you hide the Instagram notice.
