These terms cover the Lightroom presets and the Custom service offered on robertskalski.com by Robert Skalski, contact: hello@robertskalski.com.
Who sells
Payments are handled by our payment partner (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad), which is the seller of record: it takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles VAT. Its buyer terms apply alongside these.
The products
Starter (10 presets) and Premium (23 presets) are digital files in .xmp format for Lightroom Classic, Lightroom and Adobe Camera Raw, delivered as a ZIP download. Custom is a service: I retune all 23 presets to RAW files you send from three lighting situations and deliver 69 presets within 5 business days of receiving your files. Custom has no revision round.
Licence
- The licence is for one person, on all of your own devices.
- You may use photos edited with the presets for any purpose, including commercial work.
- You may not share, resell, upload or include the preset files in other products, or share them within a team.
Delivery and withdrawal
Starter and Premium are delivered immediately after payment. By buying you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts. For Custom you ask me to start the work right away; you can withdraw before I deliver the presets, and the right of withdrawal ends once the presets have been delivered in full.
Results
Presets give a starting point. Results depend on your camera, lens, light and exposure. The examples on this site were made with these presets on my own RAW files.
Complaints
If something doesn't work as described, write to hello@robertskalski.com. I answer complaints within 14 days.
Law
Polish law applies. This does not limit the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
